Flatline was a Faction Event beginning Thursday, May 8, 2025 and ending Monday, May 12, 2025. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Federation Alliance, Section 31 and Terran Empire.
This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.
Flatline was the last of four events in the Physician/Nurse Mega-Event Get Them to Sickbay!.
