Second Chances Never Taken was a Faction Event beginning Thursday, July 31, 2025 and ending Monday, August 4, 2025. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Dominion, Maquis Alliance and Romulan Star Empire.

This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 on the 10-pack pull.
